Mas melhor mesmo seria que os cartórios acabassem! Como fazem os outros países que não tem cartórios?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cartório de fácil acesso. Atendimento gentil e cordial desde o segurança, até os balcões. Normalmente não há fila, e o processo é ágil. Não sei como são os prazos de outros cartórios, mas esse normalmente nos entrega a solicitação em uma semana. Acho o prazo longo, considerando que normalmente temos urgência em agilizar os processos.
Notary of easy access. Kind and cordial service from the security guard to the counters. There is usually no queue, and the process is fast. I don't know what the deadlines for other registries are like, but this usually delivers the request in a week. I think the term is long, considering that we usually have an urgent need to streamline processes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito bom. Embora não soubesse que o atendimento está feito com hora marcada, fui atendido graças o bom senso e a sensibilidade dos dos funcionários visto que minha esposa é cadeirante.
Very good service. Although I did not know that the service is done by appointment, I was attended to thanks to the common sense and sensitivity of the employees since my wife is in a wheelchair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui com a pandemia, porteiro bem grosseiro me dizendo que era para ter marcaado hora, e mesmo assim fui atendida, não entendi a reação do porteiro. O atendimento foi excelente, funcionário muito atensioso
I went with the pandemic, a very rude doorman telling me that I was supposed to make an appointment, and even then I was answered, I didn't understand the doorman's reaction. The service was excellent, the staff very attentive
