★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei antes para saber horário de funcionamento, cheguei no local no horário que ainda estava aberto (como informaram por telefone) e se recusaram a me atender porque iriam fechar para almoço 11 minutos depois do horário que retirei a senha.
Disseram que eu tinha que aguardar 1 hora e 10 minutos para retornarem do almoço e, depois disso, me atenderiam. Além disso, informaram que eu tinha que compreender o lado deles e um cara sem farda/identificação que parceria ser o responsável pelo local, disse que estava causando tumulto. Péssimo atendimento!
Queria saber se eu chegasse lá com metade do valor que custa o serviço do cartório eles iriam compreender o meu lado também. rsrs
Cartório foi privatizado para melhorar o serviço e não continuar com mentalidade de serviço público, os valores são altos para terem qualidade no atendimento, o que não foi o caso nesse cartório de praia do forte.
I called earlier to know opening hours, I arrived at the place at the time it was still open (as reported by phone) and they refused to answer me because they would close for lunch 11 minutes after the time I removed the password.
They said that I had to wait 1 hour and 10 minutes to return from lunch and, after that, they would answer me. I was wondering if I got there with half the cost of the notary's service they would understand my side too. haha
Notary's office was privatized to improve the service and not continue with a public service mentality, the values are high to have quality service, which was not the case in this notary's office in Praia do Forte.
