★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou dando 5 estrelas para o atendimento em geral, ótimo atendimento, no entanto vale ressaltar que me atrasei para um compromisso posterior devido a demora dos caixas em realizar meu pagamento pelo Pix, difícil acreditar que um caixa hoje não aceite pagamento via pix.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei muito satisfeita em realizar a baixa de meu protesto online, pois moro no interior, e viajar para resolver este problema aumentaria demais as despesas.
Gostei também do atendimento do funcionário João, muito atencioso e educado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 estrelas porque fui bem atendida, mas me estressei para fazer o pagamento, tinha duas pessoas no caixa e nenhuma recebeu meu pagamento, tive que ir para outro setor para fazer o pix e ir novamente para o caixa, uma pessoa com mais de 60 anos ficar subindo escada e descendo para fazer uma coisa que podia ser resolvido em um único lugar (no caixa que é o local de ser feito os pagamentos), ao qual tive que retornar com o comprovante depois. Espero que resolvam isso, logo mais terei que retornar ao cartório, talvez mude minha nota.
2 stars because I was well attended, but I was stressed to make the payment, there were two people at the cashier and none received my payment, I had to go to another sector to do the pix and go again to the cashier, a person over 60 years old going up and down stairs to do something that could be solved in one place (at the cashier where payments are made), to which I had to return with the receipt later. I hope they solve this, soon I'll have to return to the registry office, maybe I'll change my grade.

Um senhor ( Dário ) passou outra pessoa na frente do meu irmãos que havia chegado primeiro e quando eu reclamei um outro senhor super mal educado ( José Francisco ) me disse para ficar quietinha e caladinha, um machista totalmente mal educado; deveriam aposentar quem não tem tato para trabalhar com atendimento a clientes, que não tem respeito por mulheres. E logo depois de mim, outra pessoa estava tendo uma discussão com esse mesmo senhor machista e covarde. É inadmissível que tratem assim clientes. Não recomendo.
Bad service from two older gentlemen. A gentleman (Dário) passed another person in front of my brothers who had arrived first and when I complained another super rude gentleman (José Francisco) told me to be quiet and quiet, a totally rude male chauvinist; they should retire those who have no tact to work with customer service, who have no respect for women. And right after me, someone else was having an argument with this same macho, cowardly gentleman. It is unacceptable that they treat customers this way. I do not recommend.
