★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de 3 horas de viagem para assinar o transfer dum veículo estou orientado a ficar fora como um vagabundo sem explicação nem motivo lógico. Pior atendimento possível… Entrar nesse cartório “Único” é a melhor forma de comprovar a necessidade de concorrência.
After 3 hours of travel to sign the transfer of a vehicle I am advised to stay away like a tramp without explanation or logical reason. Worst service possible… Entering this “Unique” registry is the best way to prove the need for competition.

Bad service, at the reception it is better to put a horse that will be more efficient and much more polite!! The guy doesn't know gives information without truculence and ill will.
