★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento por telefone. A pessoa atende com total má vontade, tem preguiça até de falar. Deplorável! Tanta gente precisando de emprego e colocam uma pessoa desse nível pra atender. Depois do péssimo atendimento fui ver as avaliações e vi que isso é recorrente, ou seja, o atendimento ruim ao telefone já vem acontecendo com outras pessoas. O cartório vai fazer o que em relação a isso? Permitir que uma pessoa dessas continue a atender mal os clientes ou avisá-la que o mínimo que ela tem que fazer é dignar-se a prestar um atendimento eficiente e cortês a quem liga?
Bad phone service. The person attends with total grudging, is even lazy to speak. Deplorable! So many people needing a job and they put a person at that level to meet them. After the poor service, I went to see the evaluations and saw that this is recurrent, that is, bad phone service is already happening to other people. What is the registry going to do about it? Allow such a person to continue to poorly serve customers or warn them that the least they have to do is deign to provide efficient and courteous service to callers?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Simplesmente é impossível contatar com o local por telefone. A única possibilidade de atendimento é presencial. Passei quase 4 horas por três dias seguidos tentando uma informação por telefone, e eles simplesmente desligam quando ficamos à espera.
Terrible attendance. It is simply impossible to contact the site by phone. The only possibility of service is face-to-face. I spent almost 4 hours for three days straight trying to get information over the phone, and they just hang up when we wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chateado em ter que pegar duas vezes senhas e esperar no tempo deles a entrega de um documento onde tu tens q pagar fila pra solicitar, pegar fila pra pagar e pra receber o doc, o q atrasa o Brasil é essa falta de logística que só atrasa a vida das pessoas...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria muito de ter dado 5 estrelas. Ao entrar fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo Sandson que nos direcionou e nos deu a senha, em menos de 10 minutos fomos atendidos, meu marido e eu no guichê 1, não perguntei o nome da atendente mas foi muito eficiente e cordial. Ao chegar no caixa nos deparamos com uma mulher bufando, que nem sequer retribuiu nosso cumprimento. Atrás dela havia um aviso que dizia: "Não aceitamos cartões de crédito e débito Banpará". Até brinquei com meu marido, "aceita todos, exceto Banpará". Quando ela perguntou a forma de pagamento, meu marido falou crédito, daí ela levantou o tom de voz dizendo que só aceitava débito. Questionei o aviso que estava atrás dela, pedi calma e falei que estava pegando o dinheiro. Parecia possuída por um mau humor tremendo.
Ao sair peguei o nome dela, Sandra.
Que em breve ela possa ter paz fazendo o que realmente gosta. Ficou claro que não é de gente.
Pontos positivos do cartório:
Localização fácil, fica na Senador Lemos com Djalma Dutra;

● Ambiente climatizado;
● Espaço organizado, estão mantendo a distância de segurança;
● Sala muito charmosa para realizar casamentos no civil;
● Água gelada;
● Banheiro - Não entrei mas tirei foto de fora
Pontos a melhorar:
● Atendimento da Sandra;
● Avisos que induzem o cliente à dúvida;
● Limpeza
● Aceitar todos os cartões, exceto o Banpará
I would have liked to give it 5 stars. Upon entering we were very well received by Sandson who directed us and gave us the password, in less than 10 minutes we were attended to, my husband and I at ticket office 1, I did not ask the name of the attendant but he was very efficient and cordial. Upon arriving at the cashier, we came across a woman snorting, who did not even return our greeting. Behind it was a sign that said: "We do not accept Banpará credit and debit cards". I even joked with my husband, "accept everyone except Banpará". When she asked how to pay, my husband said credit, then she raised her voice saying that she only accepted debt. I questioned the warning behind her, asked for calm and said I was taking the money. She seemed to be possessed by a tremendous mood.
When I left I got her name, Sandra.
May she soon have peace by doing what she really likes. It was clear that it is not people.

● Very charming room to hold civil weddings;

● Bathroom - I did not enter but took a photo outside

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente é limpo, organizado e o atendimento é eficaz. Nem todas as atendentes são cordiais, mas o serviço é prestado com rapidez e objetividade. É um cartório bem movimentado no seu funcionamento normal (fora da pandemia) e as vezes o tempo de espera é longo, pois fica muito cheio. O lugar está bem localizado na Avenida Senador Lemos, ao lado do supermercado Yamada. O acesso que é um pouco ruim, pois ali naquele perímetro o trânsito é uma confusão, o que se torna um problema para pessoas que precisam de acessibilidade, como os cadeirantes.
Acredito que um canal online de acesso às informações seria de grande ajuda, pois assim evitaria que muitas pessoas se dirigissem ao cartório apenas buscar informações sobre documentos necessários.
The environment is clean, organized and the service is efficient. Not all attendants are friendly, but the service is provided quickly and objectively. It is a very busy registry office in its normal functioning (outside the pandemic) and sometimes the waiting time is long, as it gets very full. The place is well located on Avenida Senador Lemos, next to the Yamada supermarket. The access is a little bad, as the traffic is a mess in that perimeter, which becomes a problem for people who need accessibility, such as wheelchair users.
I believe that an online channel to access information would be of great help, as it would prevent many people from going to the registry just to look for information about necessary documents.
