Estou tentando emitir um registro de um terreno e cada vez que eu ligo são 5 dias uteis mais todos os dias que dão o prazo fica para o dia depois e depois e depois. Se alguém puder não trabalhe com esse estabelecimento, procurem outro, pois esse é uma falta de respeito e de compromisso com o cliente. NÃO TRABALHEM COM ESSE CARTÓRIO, espero NUNCA mais precisar dos serviços deles.

Devido a pandemia que nos atingiram, deixei de registrar outros imóveis,
mas breve estarei de volta, procurando o Cartório para os devidos registros,
se Deus assim permitir.

Atendimento rápido e organizado, estão tomando todas as medidas do protocolo da saúde. Já na entrada o Segurança, bem educado solicita que passe álcool nas mãos. Acredito um bom costume, e respeito os procedimentos. Parabéns e sucesso!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local está totalmente preparado para atendimento durante a pandemia de covid-19, o atendimento das moças nós guichês foi excelente, porém o senhor que cuida da segurança e do estacionamento é extremamente mal educado (como não existe sinalização que o estacionamento é exclusivo para funcionários,vei entrei com o carro e ao invés de me informar que o estacionamento era apenas para funcionários, ele me perguntou "porque você está parando aqui?", fiquei extremamente constrangida, saí e fui parar na rua. Infelizmente esse senhor é extremamente despreparado para lidar com o público!

O local é enorme e tem espaço suficiente pra todo mundo ficar longe um do outro devido os cuidados do covid, agora fazer as pessoas esperarem na rua e não deixarei m entrar no estabelecimento! É o cúmulo! Fecha então se não precisa do público! Pessoas de idade num sol de rachar tendo que esperar na calçada, tenha Santa paciência, isso é uma falta de respeito com as pessoas!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso com o cliente ficar esperando quase 1 hora numa cobertura insuportável pra fazer um registro de escritura. Estou pagando pelo serviço e êxito o mínimo de respeito. Não faz sentido nenhum as normas de segurança com o Covid já que não são área de saúde. Ridículo não poder entrar acompanhante. Tem uma área enorme dentro do prédio e o cliente fica pra fora.

Nada contra as medidas de prevenção quanto a contaminação pela Covid, porém a cobertura de policarbonato destinada ao acompanhante não retem os raios solares, tornando o local insuportável para quem espera por no mínimo meia hora ou mais., não importando se o tal é idoso ou não.
Recentemente, enquanto esperava o atendimento da minha esposa, preferi atravessar a rua e ficar em pé encostado ao paredão do prédio da frente que fornecia uma sombra.
