Confesso que fiquei surpresa com o que foi registrado pelo inquilino, haja vista que não presenciei em nenhum momento qualquer indelicadeza ou antiprofissionalismo por parte do funcionário da Adm. Casa, pelo contrário, o apartamento foi observado de uma forma completa e profissional, e é isso que esperamos de uma empresa séria e confiável. Foi detectado divergências entre o laudo de vistoria inicial e final foi prontamente esclarecido ao inquilino. Eu só tenho a agradecer todo apoio e ajuda Adm Casa pelo profissionalismo apresentado durante a vistoria.

I confess that I was surprised by what was registered by the tenant, given that I did not witness at any time any rudeness or unprofessionalism on the part of the House Adm. employee, on the contrary, the apartment was observed in a complete and professional manner, and that's it that we expect from a serious and trustworthy company. Discrepancies between the initial and final inspection report were detected and promptly clarified to the tenant. I just have to thank Adm Casa for all their support and help for the professionalism shown during the inspection.

Deixo meu elogio a todos os funcionários do setor de locação que sempre me atenderam com educação e atenção. Faço questão de ressaltar o ótimo atendimento do corretor Rômulo que se mostrou um profissional excepcional.

Com isso vejo que a empresa procura sim um bom relacionamento com os clientes. Pois infelizmente falhas podem sim ocorrer em qualquer empresa. Acredito que as críticas podem ser construtivas e a partir delas mudanças ocorrerem.

Medições de agua e gás cheios de erros;
Péssimo suporte ao condomínio;
Taxas bancárias abusivas, taxas de encadernação e etc;
Gestão questionável do caixa do condomínio por meio de contas abertas pela própria empresa;
PÉSSIMO, enfatizo isto, péssimo atendimento ao condômino, simples alterações cadastrais, troca de inquino ou contatos demoram mais de 1 MÊS;
Enfim, se precisa apenas gerar boletos e cobrar condôminos, sugiro que economize dinheiro e faça diretamente usando um banco.
Agora se você realmente precisa de uma empresa para gerir as contas e manutenções de seu condomínio e não deixar o trabalho na mão do sindico PROCURE EM OUTRO LUGAR.
NEVER! NEVER choose this company for your condo!
Water and gas measurements full of errors;
Poor support for the condominium;
Abusive bank fees, binding fees, etc.;
Questionable management of the condominium's cash through accounts opened by the company itself;
TERRIBLE, I emphasize this, bad service to the unit owner, simple registration changes, change of tenant or contacts take more than 1 MONTH;
Anyway, if you just need to generate slips and charge tenants, I suggest you save money and do it directly using a bank.
Now if you really need a company to manage the accounts and maintenance of your condominium and not leave the work in the hands of the syndico, LOOK ELSEWHERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na pessoa de síndico do condomínio Ville Tóquio o serviço prestado pela CASA é péssimo pois tivemos vários problemas como falta de pagamento das contas, pagamentos indevidos sem a ciência do síndico, e-mails de orientação não lidos ou se lidos eram apenas lidos, sempre uma desculpa pra colocar no condomínio, dentre outros problemas que tive com a CASA em 1 ano e 4 meses de serviço prestado. Não recomendo pra ninguém a empresa.
RESPONDENDO AO COMENTÁRIO:
Nosso condomínio nunca esteve com caixa zerado pois temos uma garantidora e sempre tivemos crédito de saldo. Outro ponto é ver vocês falarem que nunca pagam sem autorização pois é uma mentira muito grande pois nós tivemos esse problema com a CASA e inclusive tivemos um outro problema de não pagamento das guias da receita durante 6 meses não realizado pela CASA.
Qualquer outro argumento de vocês pra mim é querer tentar amenizar uma situação e um serviço péssimo prestado.
Conselho que dou a qualquer pessoa, procurem saber sobre a empresa!!!!

REPLYING TO COMMENT:
Our condo never had zero cash because we have a guarantor and we always had balance credit. Another point is to see you say that you never pay without authorization because it is a big lie because we had this problem with CASA and we even had another problem of non-payment of the revenue guides for 6 months not carried out by CASA.
Any other argument from you guys to me is wanting to try to alleviate a situation and a terrible service provided.
Advice I give to anyone, try to find out about the company!!!!
