Não foi falta de embalagem não ... O Sr falou com qual vendedor se em momento algum eu informei quem me atendeu ?? ... Achei desnecessário a informação por parte do vendedor que não não fui atrás de falar com o dono... Pois no ato o vendedor me disse que poderia receber o material mas com um desconto... Assim eu sairia no prejuízo .. de ante mão mudei pra a empresa concorrente pois lá não passo por esse tipo de situação
