★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei uma blusa de frio para consertar o zíper. A entrega atrasou 1 semana e quando entregaram a blusa tinha um rasgado pequeno na gola e um lado ficou visivelmente maior que o outro. Quando fui reclamar a vendedora pareceu chateada comigo, como se ela tivesse fazendo um favor e eu não tivesse pagado o serviço. Ela ofereceu de dar um ponto no rasgado e disse que se quisesse trocar o zíper tinha que fazer tudo de novo. Sinceramente, fiquei com medo de como iam entregar minha blusa da segunda vez e resolvi levar pra casa assim mesmo. Infelizmente, uma loja de nome, antiga na cidade, porém com péssimo serviço e atendimento.
I left a cold sweater to fix the zipper. Delivery was delayed 1 week and when they delivered the blouse there was a small tear in the collar and one side was visibly bigger than the other. When I went to complain, the salesperson seemed upset with me, like she was doing me a favor and I hadn't paid for the service. She offered to stitch the rip and said that if I wanted to change the zipper I had to do it all over again. Honestly, I was scared of how they were going to deliver my shirt the second time and decided to take it home anyway. Unfortunately, a store with a name, old in the city, but with poor service and care.
