★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adorei o lugar! Gente educada - tanto clientes quanto funcionários. O café demora muito. Cheguei e paguei às 15:44 de hoje, Domingo, 24/04, e onze minutos se passaram e nossa mesa ainda não foi servida.
15:57h: o pedido, três águas e um café com chantilly chegou. 13 minutos para colocar um pedido simples na mesa.
Garçonete educadissima - diga-se de passagem.
Um bom lugar para pessoas sem pressa e que queiram, já, ler os livros comprados na Livraria da Travessa.
 I loved the place! Polite people - both customers and employees. Coffee takes a long time. I arrived and paid at 3:44 pm today, Sunday 4/24, and eleven minutes have passed and our table still hasn't been served.
3:57 pm: the order, three waters and a coffee with whipped cream arrived. 13 minutes to place a simple order on the table.
Very polite waitress - by the way.
A good place for people who are not in a hurry and who want to read the books bought at Livraria da Travessa.

Very good. We went for a cappuccino and the experience was pleasant. Everything came out beautifully and well served. Good unit this one from Barra Shopping. It is close to the Travessa bookstore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super recomendo o Croissant e o Crema, são maravilhosos. Já o Gelatto foi decepcionante e parecia um café com leite aguado e frio (não estava gelado de fato). Diria pros funcionários não botarem gelo pois deixou mais aguado ainda, além de preparar mais concentrado e com mais nutella (afinal, custou 18,90). Daria 3 estrelas por causa disso, mas a beleza do lugar me fizeram subir a nota.
I highly recommend the Croissant and the Crema, they are wonderful. The Gelatto was disappointing and looked like a cold, watery latte (it wasn't really iced). I would tell the employees not to use ice because it left them even more watery, in addition to preparing more concentrate and with more nutella (after all, it cost 18.90). I would give 3 stars because of that, but the beauty of the place made me go up in grade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem fomos na loja, é linda. porém... Compramos dois Panetones, um de chocolate e outro de frutas. Chegamos em casa com muita expectativa para lanchar. Afinal a aparência na caixa é linda... Mas não estavam legais :( os dois estavam totalmente ressecados e endurecidos, duros mesmo, não sabemos se é assim mesmo, mas prefiro acreditar que não. Ou estavam velhos ou qualquer outra coisa assim. Ficamos muito frustrados. Adoramos mesmo Panetone, sempre procuramos experiências novas, e imaginamos que esses seriam uma experiência nova e deliciosa, sendo o carro chefe né? Compramos sempre da Balducco no mercado e imaginamos que na loja própria ia ser sensacional, né... Mas acho que não tivemos sorte...
Yesterday we went to the store, it's beautiful. however... We bought two Panettones, one with chocolate and one with fruit. We arrived home with great anticipation for lunch. After all, the appearance in the box is beautiful... But they weren't cool :( both were totally dry and hardened, really hard, we don't know if that's the case, but I prefer to believe that they weren't. Or they were old or something else. We stayed We really love Panettone, we are always looking for new experiences, and we imagine that these would be a new and delicious experience, being the flagship, right? I don't think we were lucky...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço alto, fui horrivelmente atendido, a menina largou a bandeja na mesa com menos cuidado que cuido de meu cão, o pão estava duro, sem recheio e com o embutido seco e fedendo. Péssima experiência, não volto mais aqui, R$80,00 em dois pães e duas canecas de chocolate. Sanduíche pior que o embalado de posto de gasolina!!! ESQUECE!!!
High price, I was horribly attended, the girl left the tray on the table with less care than I take care of my dog, the bread was hard, without filling and with the sausage dry and stinking. Bad experience, I won't be coming back here, R$80.00 for two loaves of bread and two mugs of chocolate. Sandwich worse than the gas station packed!!! FORGETS!!!
