★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, mais de 10 minutos na fila para poder pedir, mais 15 minutos para chegar 2 mistos quentes que estao frios. Fora a facada de 52 reais. Funcionários sem requalificação e sem nenhuma vontade de trabalhar. Sugiro ao supervisor que disfarçadamente peça alguma coisa para avaliar.
Uma pena pois a diretoria nem deve ter noção do que esta havendo.

Não adianta investir no ponto e ter bons produtos e manter colaboradores desmotivados e mal treinados !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O cheiro é delicioso, o lugar é super bonitinho, mas o atendimento estraga tudo, funcionários mal treinados, demora na fila, demora para ficar pronto, nas três vezes que fui só via uma reclamando da outra.
Estão sobrecarregadas pois é o único lugar de alimentação funcionando no momento no hospital, apesar de ter tantas funcionárias.
Na minha visão a gestão do negócio está sendo muito ruim, precisa melhorar urgente, já já os demais voltam a funcionar e vai perder muito os clientes.
The smell is delicious, the place is super cute, but the service spoils everything, poorly trained employees, delay in the queue, delay to get ready, the three times I went alone saw one complaining of the other.
They are overloaded because it is the only food place running at the moment in the hospital, despite having so many employees.
In my view the management of the business is being very bad, needs to improve urgently, already the others come back to work and will lose many customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, funcionária Cleide. Super mau educada e ainda quer ficar batendo boca, agt já está preocupado com nosso familiar no hospital e ainda tem que passar nervoso com a lanchonete. Não recomendo.
Bad service, employee Cleide. Super bad polite and still wants to keep talking, agt is already worried about our family in the hospital and still has to be nervous about the cafeteria. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espaço ótimo para um lanche casual e um café, excelente qualidade dos pães e biscoitos, mas decepciona no pedido das massas do cardápio, é algo como uma massa pronta de supermercado colocada ao forno que acaba saindo fria no meio e terrivelmente quente nas bordas. Se quiser acertar, concentre -se nos biscoitos e nos panetones!
Great space for a casual snack and coffee, excellent quality of breads and biscuits, but disappointing when ordering pasta on the menu, it's something like a ready-made supermarket dough placed in the oven that ends up cold in the middle and terribly hot around the edges. If you want to get it right, focus on cookies and Panettone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi uma massa que veio dura, horrorosa!! A atendente foi simpática e logo se propôs a trocar por outra coisa. Pedi um lanche na baguete, também bem ruim. Tudo vem pronto e só esquentam na loja. Não volto mais!
I ordered a dough that came hard, horrible!! The attendant was friendly and soon proposed to change it for something else. I ordered a baguette snack, also pretty bad. Everything comes ready and just warmed up in the store. I'm not coming back!

There's never change. Never!! Grumpy girls. No patience. I barely have a good day. One at night complaining about the owner who treats them like dogs. I am not coming back. I'm going to the neighbor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Franquia da Casa Bauducco padrão, não fazem os produtos lá, mas recebem prontos e aquecem. Atendimento bom. No geral é bom para beliscar algo diferente e mais ajeitado quando se tem que ficar no Hospital por um tempo maior... fica ao lado do Dona Deôla na entrada principal ao lado da Estapar.
Franchise House Bauducco default does not make the products there, but get ready and warm. Good service. Overall it's good to nip something different and more straightened out when you have to stay in hospital for a longer time ... is next to the Dona Deola in the main entrance next to the Estapar.
