Estive neste domingo na Bauducco e infelizmente minha sogra derrubou a água com gás que costuma vir com o café por acidente, de pronto solicitei uma água com gás no copinho pois ela gosta de tomar, a funcionária de cara feia não me respondeu nada e ao ir para trás do balcão ficou cochichando com as outras e olhando para nossa mesa e ao trazer o copinho ainda veio com sujeiras, caso não pudesse dar outro copinho de água com gás era só comunicar, seria melhor.
Decepção!

I was at Bauducco this Sunday and unfortunately my mother-in-law spilled the sparkling water that usually comes with the coffee by accident, I immediately requested a soda water in the cup because she likes to drink it, the ugly-faced employee didn't answer me anything and when I went behind the counter, she was whispering with the others and looking at our table and when she brought the cup it still came with dirt, if she couldn't give another cup of sparkling water, just communicate, it would be better.
Disappointment!

Eu pensava que seria apenas mais uma cafeteria que estava indo, mas estava completamente enganada..
só tenho um ponto negativo: o ambiente é pequeno, apesar de ter mesas em frente (ficando no meio do shopping) eu senti a necessidade de espaço interno do próprio estabelecimento, mas é muito aconchegante
A educação e atenção dos funcionários é sensacional. Quanto a refeição, procurei pedir algo bem diversificado, a tortinha de palmito derrete na boca e é bem cremosa, o adicional de Nutella e Chantily é caprichado, o panetone não tem comparação, macio e saboroso, as bebidas foram onde me surpreenderam, delicioso e irresistível, ambas as bebidas tinham chocolate derretido ao final do copo/xícara. O valor pago é realmente merecido!!

I thought it would just be another coffee shop I was going to, but I was completely wrong..
I only have one negative point: the environment is small, despite having tables in front (being in the middle of the mall) I felt the need for internal space in the establishment itself, but it is very cozy
The education and attention of the staff is sensational. As for the meal, I tried to order something very diverse, the heart of palm tart melts in your mouth and is very creamy, the additional Nutella and Whipped cream is neat, the panettone has no comparison, soft and tasty, the drinks were where I was surprised, delicious and irresistible, both drinks had melted chocolate at the end of the glass/cup. The amount paid is really deserved!!
