ROSELI, ela é grosseira e mal educada. Fui intermediar uma Sra. Que havia alugado uma casa com eles. A casa já havia sido entregue a 4 meses já havia sido alugada novamente por outra imobiliaria.o proprietário não devolveu o dinheiro da caução apesar de não debitos por parte da locatário. Também não depositou a caução em conta poupança. A imobiliária enquanto administradora do contrato e procuradora do proprietário se isentou de ser solidária a locatário e nada fez para honrar o pagamento da devolução da caução. Apenas tentou contato telefônico sem tomar nenhuma medida jurídica para obrigar o proprietário a honrar com sua obrigação de devolver o dinheiro para a responsável pelo imóvel. O caso será encaminhado para o JUCESP . ALERTA VERMELJO para esta empresa que trabalha de forma anti profissional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMA IMOBILIARIA, Assim como a descrição da Marcia acima, está acontecendo o mesmo comigo no momento. A imobiliária joga a culpa para o proprietário e diz que ele quem tem que depositar, já fez um mês que devolvi as chaves e eles só estão me enrolando. Estou indo ao JUCESP mais uma vez, tenho videos e documentos. Vou processa-los e vou levar a publico tudo o que tem acontecido. Não aluguem nada nessa imobiliária. Nao se importam com os clientes, apenas visam os lucros de forma desleal. A casa que aluguei foi declarada inabitual pelo próprio engenheiro e proprietário da imobiliária e nada foi feito para nos ajudar, e agora não devolvem o deposito.

I found the service POOR, super dry person, for those who want to sell and rent the service is VERY BAD... I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
