★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei ser aluno, por gostar do método, mas o atendimento foi péssimo e impuseram todas as barreiras possíveis para que eu pudesse conhecer o curso ou me matricular. Não oferecem aula experimental, não oferecem prévia nenhuma do curso, não tem aulas presenciais, enfim... não fazem questão de ter novos alunos. Fechei com outra escola com atendimento e estrutura melhores.
I tried to be a student, because I liked the method, but the service was terrible and all possible barriers were imposed so that I could get to know the course or enroll. They don't offer experimental classes, they don't offer any preview of the course, they don't have in-person classes, anyway... they don't insist on having new students. I closed with another school with better service and structure.

The quality of teaching at @casabritanicaidiomas is surprising. What strikes me the most is the qualification of the teachers, which makes the classes very productive. Besides the atmosphere is very nice with a London theme. I recommend the visit!

Não cheguei a me matricular, visto que, há uma dificuldade na comunicação, faço uma pergunta de forma clara e objetiva, mas não respondem o que foi perguntado, tenho que realizar a pergunta pelo menos duas ou três vezes para obter a resposta, além de responderem com certa ignorância. Vejo pelos comentários que o problema não foi só comigo.
*Edit respondendo a resposta do proprietário: Mais uma vez acho que você não entendeu o que foi dito, para obter a resposta tive que realizar a pergunta *mais de uma vez* e sim responderam com certa ignorância. A primeira vez que perguntei sobre os horários não obtive resposta sobre, basicamente ignoraram essa pergunta, a segunda vez vocês disseram que não sabiam ainda, a terceira vez que perguntei foi para saber se vocês saberiam *QUANDO* iriam ter as informações sobre os horários e valores, até porque eu estava interessada em me matricular, e mesmo assim a resposta que vocês me deram não respondeu a pergunta, dizendo "não temos a tabela ainda. tampouco os horários do próximo ano.", logo eu falei que havia entendido essa informação, mas que eu queria saber quando vocês teriam noção de horários e valores do ano seguinte, aí sim, após a segunda vez perguntando vocês informaram o que eu quis saber.
The cost of the course and material is good, however, the service is not. I did not enroll, as there is a difficulty in communication, I ask a question clearly and objectively, but they do not answer what was asked, I have to ask the question at least two or three times to get the answer, in addition to respond with some ignorance. I see from the comments that the problem was not just me.
*Edit answering the owner's answer: Again I think you didn't understand what was said, to get the answer I had to ask the question *more than once* and yes they answered with some ignorance. The first time I asked about the times I didn't get an answer about, basically ignored that question, the second time you said you didn't know yet, the third time I asked was to know if you would know *WHEN* you would have the information about the times and values, even because I was interested in enrolling, and even so the answer you gave me didn't answer the question, saying "we don't have the table yet. Nor the schedules for the next year.", so I said that I understood this information , but I wanted to know when you would have an idea of hours and values for the following year, then yes, after the second time asking, you informed me what I wanted to know.
