Pediram meu nome e telefone. Cheguei às 14h08 e não tinha minha reserva. Falaram que era até as 14 horas. Fiquei p. da vida, pq não ligaram, pq não informaram que se não buscasse até as 14h venderiam? Acabaram de perder uma cliente
Very disappointed. I'm a longtime customer and last time I couldn't buy the roasted chicken. Today I called and reserved a roasted chicken with potatoes, to withdraw at 2 pm. They asked for my name and phone number. I arrived at 2:08 pm and I didn't have my reservation. They said it was until 2 pm. I stayed p. of life, because they didn't call, because they didn't inform that if they didn't pick up until 2 pm they would sell? Just lost a customer
