Cartão negado no caixa pedindo autorização pelo celular o qual eu não estava no momento, afirmei, volto com o cartão liberado em 10 min, em exatamente 2 min a funcionária do caixa da frente que não tem nada haver pegou todas as minhas compras e devolveu tudo... Sendo que eu estava na porta da loja liberando o cartão. Ela simplesmente julgou que eu não teria condições de pagar, constrangimento total, sou cliente a mais de um ano e já tinha percebido mesmo que a funcionária não era das melhores... Fiz uma reclamação verbal com a gerente ao qual falou simplesmente que ia conversar com a funcionária, tal funcionária respondeu a gerente rispidamente quando falou que devolveu todas as compras, ou seja, a mesma parece ter mais autoridade que a gerente. Não recebi ao menos um simples pedido de desculpas das funcionárias envolvidas nem da gerente.

Since I was at the store door releasing the card. She simply thought that I would not be able to pay, total embarrassment, I have been a customer for over a year and had already realized that the employee was not the best ... I made a verbal complaint to the manager to whom she simply said she was going to talk with the employee, this employee answered the manager sharply when she said that she returned all purchases, that is, she seems to have more authority than the manager. I didn't even get a simple apology from the employees involved or the manager.
