Cheguei lá pra pagar com o cartão de débito, não receberam, disseram que só recebem com Dinheiro em mãos, fui outro dia às 17:40, com o dinheiro em mãos, Não receberam ! Alegaram que só receberia até às 17:30, mais uma vez perdi minha viagem. Absurdo !

O telefone para entrar em contato com a loja deve ser de enfeite porque já liguei várias vezes e ninguém atende.

Errou o endereço q tava nítido todo certinho e ainda ficou com raiva , odiei da proxima vez q Eu fazer uma compra na loja vou exigir q não seja aquele montador chato pena q não sei o nome dele . Quando o montador montou o roupeiro, vimos que o espelho estava com um defeito horrível e mencionei a troca por outro. O montador pegou o documento da garantia disse que iria providenciar a troca junto à loja
Já fui na empresa 2 vezes e liguei várias. Eles não dão a mínima para o cliente. Estou com o produto defeituoso e não fazem nada.Mas agora irei ao Procon e vou recorrer aos meus direitos. Cansei.
Horrible experience. I bought a closet and a wardrobe at Barreiras store. Cash payment. When the assembler set up the wardrobe, we saw that the mirror had a horrible defect and I mentioned the exchange for another. The assembler took the warranty document and said he would arrange for a change at the store.
I've been to the company 2 times and called several times. They don't give a damn about the customer. I have the defective product and they do nothing. But now I will go to Procon and I will use my rights. I'm tired.
