★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acompanhei meu amigo ao ir retirar uma obra que ele tinha deixado para realizar o serviço. Chegando lá, fomos informados que a responsável tinha perdido a obra após, nas palavras da própria, "esconde-la" dentro de um livro. Ao ser requisitada uma compensação por ter PERDIDO a obra de arte, a responsável desfez da obra (dizendo não valer o que havia sido pago pela mesma) e relutou para devolver o valor do serviço (que não foi realizado). E para piorar, mentiu que havia entrado em contato com o artista para que ele fizesse uma nova obra para repor a perdida. Um absurdo acreditar que uma loja desse padrão pode estar aberta até hoje.
Péssimo.
I accompanied my friend in going to pick up a work he had left to do the job. Once there, we were informed that the person responsible had lost the work after, in her own words, "hiding it" inside a book. When compensation was requested for having LOST the work of art, the person responsible undid the work (saying that it was not worth what had been paid for it) and was reluctant to return the value of the service (which was not performed). To make matters worse, he lied that he had contacted the artist so that he could do a new work to replace the lost one. It is absurd to believe that a store of this standard can still be open today.
Terrible.
