★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Site anti didático, bugado, desatualizado e com muitos defeitos. Além de deixar que o cidadão PAGUE pelo serviço antes de estar devidamente completado o agendamento. Agendamento que não estava completado por causa de DEFEITO no SITE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por nada eu consigo agendar pra fazer minha segunda via do RG, liguei me mandaram ir pessoalmente as 6,30h da manhã, fui e fui tratada mt mal como se eu tivesse pedindo esmola

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espaço desorganizado, as pessoas ficam aglomeradas do lado de fora sem receber nenhuma informação. Funcionários não cooperam, dão informações desencontradas, ao invés de falar logo todos os documentos que você precisará ficam enrolando e fazendo vocês dar VÁRIAS viagens. O agendamento pelo site em regra geral NÃO FUNCIONA, poucas pessoas conseguem. Isso não é de agora, há ANOS é dessa forma. Revoltante e vergonhoso!
Disorganized space, people are crowded outside without receiving any information. Employees don't cooperate, they give mismatched information, instead of just talking about all the documents you'll need, they keep rolling and making you take SEVERAL trips. Scheduling through the website as a general rule DOESN'T WORK, few people can. This is not new, it's been this way for YEARS. Disgusting and shameful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, o agendamento pelo site serve só para dificultar mais ainda o processo, porque no mesmo horário ficam marcadas mais de uma pessoa, não tem atendente para pessoas com prioridade.

Falta de educação de alguns, informações divergentes e desicontradas, mal humor,antipatia e arrogância.
Parece que estamos pedindo um favor.
Quando na verdade na maioria das vezes pagamos caro pelo serviço prestado.
Se não querem trabalhar deem oportunidade para pessoas que queiram.
Me sentir humilhada.
Um verdadeiro descaso com nós cidadões campinenses.
Uma burocracia maior do mundo para emitir a segunda via do RG.
Prefeito reveja esse quadro de funcionários.
E facilite a nossa vida. É pedir demais?

Fui tentar tirar a segunda via do meu RG e no dia do agendamento não sabia que precisava levar o comprovante de pagamento, afinal no site não diz e só se consegue agendar tendo pagado!
Quando voltei lá, esperei horas e na minha vez, (mandaram imprimir o PDF com o RG antigo sendo que só anotar o número seria suficiente) após tirar as fotos e fazer a biometria me informaram que minha certidão estava inválida pois havia uma letra aparentemente borrada e me mandaram tirar a segunda via (paga) !!

I went to try to get a copy of my ID and on the day of the appointment I didn't know I needed to take the proof of payment, after all on the website it doesn't say and you can only schedule after paying!
When I got back there, I waited hours and when it was my turn (they told me to print the PDF with the old ID, just writing down the number would be enough) after taking the photos and doing the biometrics they informed me that my certificate was invalid because there was an apparently blurred handwriting and they told me to take the duplicate (paid) !!
