Initially so we are conceptualizing this Company?. Initially only. We are still in negotiation with the work requested by the Server (Company Professional) ?Sr. Diego Trading started yesterday, 06/11/19, 4a. and will resume tomorrow, 08/11/19, 6a. market. So far we have evaluated positively: good receptivity?; satisfactory and standardized service from a Company to its customers; knowledgeable professionals?of their craft to guide a client; air-conditioned environment? easing the 'burden' of the 'queue'; market price?; etc ... We will return for evaluation? & comment? later when we conclude the negotiation and benefit of the service purchased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Preciso fazer um orçamento de alguns produtos e tenho preferência a digitar mais do que ligar e falar (até porque não é apenas um produto), uns dias atrás liguei e pedi o WhatsApp da loja para orçamentar.
Me deram um número de WhatsApp que não é conta comercial da loja (que aparentemente nem tem, precisam rever isso) e nem me responderam tudo que solicitei (disseram que iam conferir o valor e até hoje tô esperando), enviei um email e é um século para responder e quando respondem, ao invés de já me mandar os valores para ser mais prático, me mandam chamar em outro número de WhatsApp para solicitar o orçamento e passam mil séculos para calcular o valor. Sei que devem haver outros clientes, mas não custa dar atenção e responder rapidamente ou pelo menos LEMBRAR de responder.
Péssimo, não recomendo. Há gráficas menores e que dão mais atenção ao cliente. Dei uma estrela porque não pude dar menos.
Terrible attendance! I need to make a budget for some products and I prefer to type more than call and talk (even because it is not just a product), a few days ago I called and asked WhatsApp from the store to quote.
They gave me a WhatsApp number that is not a store’s commercial account (which apparently doesn’t even have to review it) and they didn’t even answer me everything I asked for (they said they were going to check the amount and I’m still waiting), I sent an email and it’s a century to answer and when they answer, instead of already sending me the values to be more practical, they send me on another number of WhatsApp to request the budget and spend a thousand centuries to calculate the value. I know there must be other customers, but it never hurts to pay attention and respond quickly or at least REMEMBER to respond.
Bad, I don't recommend it. There are smaller printers that pay more attention to the customer. I gave it a star because I couldn't give it less.
