★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMO. Fiz o pedido de uma pizza de lombinho com barbecue. Demorou mais de 2h para receber, e não houve um atendimento eficiente que explicasse o motivo de tanta demora. E a pizza muito ruim, muito barbecue pra pouco lombinho e pizza. Além disso,não atendem os telefones.
TERRIBLE. I ordered a tenderloin pizza with barbecue. It took more than 2 hours to receive, and there was no efficient service to explain the reason for the delay. And the pizza is very bad, too much barbecue for a little tenderloin and pizza. Also, they don't answer the phones.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Terrible attendance. They say the order has already left, but it hasn't even been done yet and in the end they cancel the order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que a esfirra tem de boa o local tem de desorganizado. Infelizmente apenas a qualidade da comida não é o único diferencial para um cliente. TODAS as vezes que fiz pedido, o pedido veio errado. Ou não sabem contar e não fazem a conferência dos pedidos, ou então é estratégia pra fazer o cliente comprar outra vez, na intenção de receber a esfirra que ficou faltando no pedido anterior. Sem falar no atraso da entrega. Péssimo, não indico para ninguém.
What is good about it is that the place has to be disorganized. Unfortunately only the quality of the food is not the only difference for a customer. EVERY time I placed an order, the order came wrong. Either they do not know how to count and they do not check orders, or it is a strategy to make the customer buy again, in order to receive the sfirra that was missing in the previous order. Not to mention late delivery. Bad, I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido pelo ifood perto de 19:21 e a entrega demorou demais que tive que pedir a janta em outro estabelecimento, o entregador veio chegar após as 22:00 e ainda deram meu pedido como finalizado, ficaram com o pagamento que fiz online e não devolveram, pois no ifood colocaram como pedido concluido, isso não se faz com os clientes. as imagens ilustram as tentativas de contato e o horario do encerramento do pedido, não uso mais ifood, e não passo nem perto desse estabelecimento.
I ordered through ifood around 7:21 pm and the delivery took too long that I had to order dinner at another establishment, the delivery man arrived after 10:00 pm and they still gave my order as finished, they kept the payment I made online and they didn't return it, because on ifood they put it as a completed order, that's not done with customers. the images illustrate the attempts to contact and the closing time of the order, I don't use ifood anymore, and I don't even go close to this establishment.
