★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível!!! Péssimo antendimento, as vendedoras nem olharam na minha cara, não fizeram questão nenhuma de me atender com educação e fizeram de muita má vontade. E quando fui reclamar pra eles nas redes sociais , eles simplesmente apagaram as minhas mensagens e nem me pediram desculpas! Fui educada com eles e apenas pedi que melhorassem o atendimento. Não compro mais lá, falta de respeito total com o cliente.
Horrible!!! The salespeople did not even look me in the face, they didn’t insist on being polite to me and they did it very unwillingly. And when I went to complain to them on social media, they just deleted my messages and didn't even apologize to me! I was polite to them and just asked them to improve the service. I don't buy there anymore, lack of total respect for the customer.

Moro agora no parque Vitória mas não deixo de fazer minhas compras lá.
Além de ter tudo que eu preciso o atendimento é excelente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ na loja do centro, atendimento péssimo da moça do caixa, falta de atenção com o cliente, mal olhou na minha cara e no final ainda se negou a deixar eu usar o banheiro mesmo vendo minha situação extremamente apertada (havia feito uma compra de valor alto). enfim, perderam um cliente, não volto mais lá.
in the downtown store, poor service from the cashier, lack of attention to the customer, she barely looked me in the face and in the end still refused to let me use the bathroom even seeing my extremely tight situation (she had made a high-value purchase ). anyway, they lost a client, I'm not going back there.
