★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência com o estabelecimento, paguei R$ 340 a mais pela decoração nupcial que não tive. Reservei o chalé suíço nupcial, depois vieram me dizer que tinha havido um problema e que eu teria que passar um dia num chalé e depois mudar para um outro, então me jogaram para um chalé maior, e ofereceram também a opção de um chá da tarde que achei estar fazendo um bom negócio, e esse chá me custou 340 reais. O local é muito bonito e limpo, e não tem wi-fi no chalé, mas pela frustração de não ter a decoração nupcial que paguei caro NÃO VOLTO MAIS E NÃO RECOMENDO.
 I had a bad experience with the establishment, I paid R$340 more for the bridal decoration that I didn't have. I booked the Swiss Bridal Cottage, then came to tell me that there had been a problem and that I would have to spend a day in one cottage and then move to another one, so they threw me into a bigger cottage and offered the option of afternoon tea as well. I thought I was doing a good deal, and this tea cost me 340 reais. The place is very nice and clean, and there is no wi-fi in the chalet, but due to the frustration of not having the bridal decoration that I paid dearly, I WON'T GO BACK AND DON'T RECOMMEND IT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar, tranquilidade total, funcionários educados e atenciosos, RECOMENDO SIM ESSE LOCAL A TODOS. O canto das cigarras nos galhos das árvores forma uma verdadeira sinfonia com o canto das sabiás. Como sugestão: melhorar o sinal do wifi e colocar lixeira com pedal nos banheiros.
Excellent place, total tranquility, polite and attentive staff, I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE. The singing of cicadas in the branches of the trees forms a true symphony with the song of the thrush. As a suggestion: improve the wifi signal and put a trash bin with a pedal in the bathrooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como o próprio nome diz, a Casa da Montanha eh puro charme! Antiga fazenda de café, guarda uma casa cheia de memórias afetivas e artes. Os chalés espalhados pela propriedade são lindos e confortáveis. Café da manhã e café da tarde maravilhosos, e staff super amigável!
As its name says, Casa da Montanha is pure charm! Former coffee farm, it keeps a house full of affective memories and arts. The chalets scattered around the property are beautiful and comfortable. Wonderful breakfast and afternoon coffee, and super friendly staff!

Tive um imprevisto que poderia colocar minha vida em risco, onde meu carro teve que ser guinchado, portanto solicitei que pudéssemos ver uma possibilidade de ir em outra data. Inclusive pagaria os 50% restante e nada fez a pousada a não ser dizer que eu perderia o que já teria pago, R$ 731,00 - 50%). Eu escolhi estar com eles, infelizmente não fui por um motivo de força maior, mas eles não me escolheram como cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conexão com a natureza em um ambiente lindo, muito limpo e com um staff atencioso. Fomos em família e já saímos planejando voltar. Os chalés são muito charmosos e acomoda com muito conforto; café da manhã e chá da tarde agradáveis e bem servidos. Cada espaço é um charme à parte, com mobília e decoração pensadas com muito zelo. O clima da região dispensa comentários!
Connection with nature in a beautiful environment, very clean and with an attentive staff. We went as a family and were already planning to return. The chalets are very charming and accommodates very comfortably; nice and well served breakfast and afternoon tea. Each space is a charm of its own, with furniture and decoration thought out with great care. The climate of the region needs no comment!

Defeito: Ficamos no chalé 03, com o chuveiro que não saia água.
Pessoal da cozinha super educados e atenciosos. O café da tarde é um ótimo lanche. O café da manhã é bom, embora simples os produtos são de qualidade.
Ponto negativo: A funcionária da recepção quase nos expulsou do quarto a todo momento falando do check-out as 12h o hotel estava vazio, de hóspedes só eu e minha esposa então foi extremamente desagradável. Zero tolerância. E ela começou a mandar mensagem as 11:30.. praticamente uma expulsão.
Wonderful place for the couple, super cozy and beautiful atmosphere.
Defect: We stayed in chalet 03, with the shower that didn't come out.
Kitchen staff super polite and attentive. Afternoon coffee is a great snack. Breakfast is good, although simple, the products are of good quality.
Negative point: The receptionist almost kicked us out of the room at all times talking about the check-out at 12 pm the hotel was empty, only my wife and I were guests so it was extremely unpleasant. Zero tolerance. And she started texting at 11:30.. practically an expulsion.
