Fui reclamar e questionar duas vezes no balcão sobre demora no pedido, já que os garçons não tinham precisão na informação, e não tive informação e nem retorno, reiterando que a gestão que estava péssima. pedido demorou mais de uma hora e meia, e total descaso da gerência/adm no balcão. Outras pessoas reclamando da mesma situação que eu.
Waiter service was good, but terrible kitchen and counter!!! I went to complain and question twice at the counter about delays in the order, since the waiters were not accurate in the information, and I had no information or feedback, reiterating that the management was terrible. order took more than an hour and a half, and total disregard by the management/adm at the counter. Other people complaining about the same situation as me.

Delicious food, the waiter is very polite and helpful. The place has parking which makes it very easy, the place is very cozy and great to take the family.
