Second time I go there. The store is beautiful! There is a lot to buy, good price, but with the exception of the cashier who is friendly, the clerks all look in a bad mood.

15 dias atrás comprei uma fonte ATX, levei uma semana pra utilizar, quando instalei no computador a fonte não funcionou. Testei com uma fonte de uma máquina antiga que eu tinha e funcionou normal.
Hoje fui na loja realizar a troca por outra fonte igual e além de ser desrespeitado pelos funcionários, me informaram que a garantia era de apenas 7 dias, sendo que o código de defesa do consumidor me garante 90 dias de garantia em produtos duráveis que apresentem defeitos. Realizei essa argumentação e me deixaram por 20 minutos esperando com uma criança no carro apenas pra me informar que após conversar com os responsáveis pelo estabelecimento eles não iriam realizar a troca! Total desrespeito ao Código de defesa do consumidor e principalmente tira o desrespeito ao seu cliente.
Não vai me fazer falta o dinheiro da fonte, mas vão responder sobre essa situação ao Procon e nas pequenas causas por danos morais!
Não recomendo essa empresa e reitero minha revolta pela forma arrogante que sua equipe de funcionários atendem a uma simples troca de produtos defeituosos!!
Vou voltar lá apenas pra deixar uma cópia do Código de Defesa do consumidor, pois nem mesmo um exemplar eles tinham disponível quando pedi pra mostrar pra eles onde a lei me amparava.
Worst experience possible. I've been a customer for many years and lately there are only disappointments, selling products with prices above the market, for low quality goods.
15 days ago I bought an ATX font, it took me a week to use it, when I installed it on the computer the font didn't work. I tested it with a source from an old machine I had and it worked fine.
Today I went to the store to exchange for another equal source and in addition to being disrespected by the employees, they informed me that the warranty was only 7 days, and the consumer protection code guarantees me 90 days of warranty on durable products that have defects . I made this argument and they left me waiting for 20 minutes with a child in the car just to inform me that after talking to those responsible for the establishment they would not make the exchange! Total disrespect for the Consumer Protection Code and mainly takes the disrespect to your customer.
I won't need the money from the source, but they will answer about this situation to Procon and in small claims for moral damages!
I do not recommend this company and I reiterate my revolt for the arrogant way that their team of employees respond to a simple exchange of defective products!!
I'll go back there just to leave a copy of the Consumer Protection Code, because they didn't even have a copy available when I asked to show them where the law supported me.
