Após seis meses da compra edito minha avaliação, o produto (fogão 2 bocas alta pressão) durou 7 meses.
Entrei em contato através de e-mail (faz 1 mês) para saber como é o processo de manutenção e obter mais informações.
Meu contato foi ignorado, por esse motivo digo que o pós venda é horrível.

After six months of purchase, I edited my evaluation, the product (2-burner high pressure stove) lasted for 7 months.
I got in touch via email (1 month ago) to find out about the maintenance process and to get more information.
My contact was ignored, for this reason I say that the after sales are horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando entrei na loja o rapaz estava almoçando, perguntei se tinha termômetro culinário e termômetro de forno, ele prontamente me disse que não tinha. Andei pela loja e achei.
Mostrei a ele e perguntei o valor, sem consultar o sistema, apenas olhando o produto,me deu o valor de 75,00. Eu disse que aquele valor era impossível, pois era um termômetro simples cujo preço de mercado gira em torno de 20,00 e que esse valor deveria ser o de infravermelho. Ele disse que era esse mesmo o valor e que tinha vendido 20 unidades na semana anterior. Duvido muito, ele nem sabia que tinha na loja.
Os demais produtos tinham valores compatíveis com o de mercado, mas ele não se deu ao trabalho de verificar. Lamentável.
When I entered the store the boy was having lunch, I asked if he had a culinary thermometer and an oven thermometer, he promptly told me he didn't have one. I walked through the store and found it.
I showed him and asked the value, without consulting the system, just looking at the product, gave me the value of 75.00. I said that that value was impossible, because it was a simple thermometer whose market price is around 20.00 and that this value should be that of infrared. He said that was the same amount and that he had sold 20 units in the previous week. I highly doubt it, he didn't even know he had it at the store.
The other products had values compatible with the market, but he did not bother to check. Unfortunate.
