A vendendora me informou que quando a mochila estivesse pronta entraria em contato, mas, até agora não obtive resposta. Ligo no telefone da loja e ninguém atende. Estou decepcionada!
I bought two Risca backpacks and one defective with just two weeks of use, took to make repairs as it is in the warranty, has been a month. The saleswoman informed me that when the backpack was ready, she would be in touch, but so far I had no answer. I call the store phone and no one answers. I am disappointed!
