Estive na loja no dia 28/10/2020, sendo atendido por Cidinha, procurando por uma peça nova para minha cortina, cortina esta que também existe em exposição e para venda na loja. Disse ela não saber se tinham ou não citada peça, anotou o número de meu telefone e até tirou foto da peça que preciso, informando que iria entrar em contato. Como não retornou a ligação, no dia seguinte, 29/10/2020, liguei para a loja, sendo atendido por Paulo, que desconhecia totalmente o assunto. Expliquei a ele detalhadamente sobre o contato anterior, a foto que Cidinha tirou da peça e sobre existir, na loja e em exposição/venda, a mesma cortina, o que levava à conclusão de que possivelmente eles teriam a peça para venda. Respondeu que iria verificar e entrar em contato. Bem, estou aguardando até agora, 08/11/2020, o retorno para informar se eles têm ou não a peça...
