Recentemente tivemos problema com um pagamento no débito, porém, a equipe se prontificou com todo o esclarecimento através de histórico das máquinas, deixando muito bem claro que eles não tinham recebido o valor, como ainda constava negativado na conta fui até o Banco responsável pedir informações e foi esclarecido que após 7 dias úteis o valor seria estornado. Deixo aqui toda essa informação, pra que se caso aconteça com vc, aguarde o estorno entre esses dias, se não acontecer, vá até a agência responsável do seu cartão. Espero ter ajudado. Obrigada Casa das Linhas, pela honestidade.
I want to leave here my thanks to the entire store team. We recently had a problem with a debit payment, however, the team was ready with all the clarification through the history of the machines, making it very clear that they had not received the amount, as the account was still negative, I went to the responsible bank to ask for information and it was clarified that after 7 working days the amount would be refunded. I leave all this information here, so that if it happens to you, wait for the chargeback between these days, if it doesn't happen, go to the agency responsible for your card. Hope this helps.
