★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Atendimento só vai bem enquanto convém a eles. Mas quando eles têm que assumir um erro (e já erraram muito), fogem da responsabilidade e ainda ficam bravinhos! Ou seja, não fazem a menor ideia do que seja um pós-venda. Lamentável!!!
Terrible experience. Service only goes well as long as it suits them. But when they have to make a mistake (and have already made a lot of mistakes), they run away from responsibility and still get brains! That is, they have no idea what an aftermarket is. Unfortunate!!!
