★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima,minha filha foi dama ,antes da pandemia e como foi cancelado o casamento eu liguei falando sobre o valor que tinha dado a atendente mim garantiu que eu poderia abater o valor qdo voltasse para olhar outro,voltei este mês de Abril e elas falaram que eu tinha que pagar. Uma multa por trocar de vestido, resumo e que não abateu o valor perdi ele e qdo voltei para pegar o vestido da minha filha ele não estava lá mim deram outro vestido e não foi só comigo no mesmo casamento tocaram o vestido da madrinha tbem ,nunca mais coloco os pés nesta loja
Terrible, my daughter was a lady, before the pandemic and as the wedding was canceled I called talking about the amount the attendant had given me, he assured me that I could reduce the amount when I returned to look at another one, I came back this April and they said that I had to pay. A fine for changing the dress, summary and that didn't reduce the value I lost it and when I went back to get my daughter's dress it wasn't there they gave me another dress and it wasn't just me at the same wedding they touched the godmother's dress too, never the more I set foot in this store
