★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei janela e porta diamante de angelim e escolhi fechadura colonial pra porta no sábado. Ficou acertado que a entrega seria hoje, na segunda-feira às 14 hs, só chegou as17:30 isso porque liguei cobrando e a desculpa do dono foi porquê os funcionários 'tinham enchido a cara de cachaça e ninguém veio de manhã'. Ainda por cima veio fechadura inferior simples prateada e não colonial e ele ainda me deu um prazo de 15 dias pra fazer a troca.
 I bought angelim diamond window and door and chose a colonial door lock on Saturday. It was agreed that the delivery would be today, on Monday at 2 pm, it only arrived at 5:30 pm because I called charging and the owner's excuse was because the employees 'had stuffed their face with cachaça and no one came in the morning'. On top of that, there was a simple silver and non-colonial lower lock and he even gave me 15 days to make the change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar de péssimo atendimento, material ruim, minhas portas vieram com defeito, fora do padrão estou esperando pra ser trocada a mais de uma semana e a desculpa que me dão e que os funcionários não foram trabalhar. Não comprem neste lugar e péssimo, arrependimento total.

Acabei de sair de lá.Fiz a primeira encomenda e estou retornando para encomendar novamente. Eles foram entregar pra mim em castanhal todo meu pedido. Foi tudo certinho,não tenho do que reclamar. Alem de ser bem baratinha as portas.
It is a family factory, but the service is excellent, and the products are very well made.
I just got out of there. I placed the first order and am returning to order again. They were delivering all my order to me in Brazil nuts. It was all right, I have nothing to complain about. Besides being very cheap the doors.
