Recarreguei 2 cartuchos de uma impressora doméstica, ambos primeira recarga, ao instalar novamente na minha impressora o mesmo apresentou falhas na impressão e na coloração, retornei a esta empresa a fim de corrigirem o problema e um dos funcionários acusou os cartuchos, que segundo ele estavam com defeito, sendo que era a primeira recarga e a cor que deveria sair uniforme saiu falhada, inclusive o cartucho de cor preta, a impressão após a recarga saiu na cor cinza. Não indico.
