Sou Chefe de cozinha, e digo em todos os restaurantes que trabalho: PERDEMOS O INSUMO PARA NÃO PERDER O CLIENTE.
Os produtos vendidos por esta empresa não vem nem com a data de produção.

I bought a corn cake with curau in this store. It is hard and dry. I contacted the store and the owner told me he wanted the exchange because he didn't like it.
I'm a Chef, and I say in all the restaurants I work: WE LOST THE INPUT IN ORDER TO NOT LOSE THE CUSTOMER.
The products sold by this company do not even come with the production date.
I wonder what the kitchen must be like...

Tanto no atendimento presencial quanto no atendimento por telefone....as meninas super educadas...tiram minhas dúvidas... oferece alguma opções...dão dicas... Enfim...meus Parabéns...os Bolos...são MARAVILHOSOS!!!.
A única coisa.... Que tenho a dizer....vigiem...nos motoboys que vocês contratam... instruem...eles... Como atender o cliente de vocês...a forma de abordar o cliente, na.. chegada...até o cliente.... Comunicação entre vocês e o motoboy...não pode faltar... Caso o mesmo,não aceite as instruções de atendimento ao cliente ....é simples..despensse e contrate outro que queira trabalhar com Amor, Educação e dedicação...e ai vai .. mas fora esse comentário.... Vocês estão de parabéns ?
Hi...How are you?!...I've been a client for Years...of the cake shop...I don't have to complain...Both the face-to-face service and the telephone service....the super polite girls... .take my doubts... offers some options...give tips... Anyway...my Congratulations...the Cakes...are WONDERFUL!!!.
The only thing.... What I have to say....watch...the motoboys you hire...instruct...they... How to serve your customer...how to approach the customer , upon... arrival...to the customer.... Communication between you and the courier...you can't miss it... If so, don't accept the customer service instructions....it's simple... lay down and hire someone else who wants to work with Love, Education and dedication... and here it goes... but apart from this comment... Congratulations to you ?
