★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As funcionárias que trabalham lá não leva o trabalho a sério pra responder as mensagens dos clientes , deveria fechar essa loja do jardim Angela . Já que a funcionária não estão querendo trabalhar. Levam tudo na brincadeira. Outras lojas os atendimentos são ótimos , essa loja do jardim Angela deveria fechar de vez.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento pra falar o português bem claro o atendente é folgado não aceita críticas e só ele tem razão, tive problemas mais de uma vez e ainda insisti em continuar pedindo bolo, só vou dar um conselho como fizeram comigo no whatss colocaram até o nome da minha família no meio depois de eu falar de uma cobertura que não passaram direito no bolo e ainda me prontifiquei a pagar por outra sem mais uma taxa de entrega. O atendente veio dar um de louco falando que não iria mandar e que iria me bloquear etc, uma hora vcs vão pegar uma pessoa de má índole pela frente que vai te ensinar a ter respeito pelos outros á partir do momento que vc trabalha com o público vc tem que aceitar críticas tanto ruins quanto boas fica a dica ainda por cima veio dizer que os clientes da loja são isso e aquilo e que está de saco cheio de ouvir reclamações, aconselho a ter um pouco de profissionalismo e começar a verificar do pq tantas pessoas reclamam da loja de vcs.
Bad service to speak very clear Portuguese the attendant is lazy does not accept criticism and only he is right, I had problems more than once and I still insisted on continuing to order cake, I will just give advice as they did to me on whatss they even put the name of the my family in the middle after I talked about a frosting that didn't go right on the cake and I even offered to pay for another one without another delivery fee. The attendant came to go crazy saying that he wouldn't send and that he would block me etc, one hour you will get a bad person ahead who will teach you to have respect for others from the moment you work with the public you have to accept both bad and good reviews, here's the tip on top of that, she came to say that the store's customers are this and that and that she's sick of hearing complaints, I advise you to have a little professionalism and start checking why so many People complain about your store.

Tentei encomendar um bolo, no primeiro contato avisei que tinha 6,5km de distância e assim que passei meu endereço, disseram que não entregavam, tentei mais uma vez falando que pediria a um Uber para trazer e me disseram que não tinha necessidade pois entregavam até 10km , fiquei chateada novamente quando passei meu endereço me informavam que não estão mais entregando “tão longe”. Sinceramente experiência péssima. O bolo pode ser até uma delícia como quem me indicou falou, mas depois dessa experiência perderam uma cliente. Pois a entrega até 10km é até onde eles bem entendem, lembrando que não moro em “viela” o que eles poderiam usar com pretexto
