★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento maravilhoso. Além de cordial, simpático e eficiente. Especialista em zero lactose tbm. Nas duas lojas, o mesmo bom atendimento. Recomendo muito o bolo no pote, porções individuais suficientes para 2 pessoas.
Wonderful service. Beyond cordial, friendly and efficient. Specialist in zero lactose. In both stores, the same good service. I highly recommend the cake in the pot, enough individual portions for 2 people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Bolo é perfeito!!! Moro em Sorocaba mas comprei em Votorantim, a massa é deliciosa,a cobertura então nem se fala de tão perfeita !! O bolo vem numa embalagem convencional de plástico, mas eles vendem uma mais elaborada por um preço praticamente simbólico,vale muito a pena passar na Casa dos Bolos Caseiros.
The cake is perfect !!! I live in Sorocaba but I bought it in Votorantim, the pasta is delicious, the topping is not even so perfect !! The cake comes in a conventional plastic packaging, but they sell a more elaborate one for a practically symbolic price, it is very worthwhile to spend at Casa dos Bolos Caseiros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATENDIMENTO stupendus / cordial, espontâneo, veraz (raríssimo em votorantim e sorocaba). estacionamento com 3 vagas confortáveis. ótima disposição dos bolos. variedade e bom gosto. os bolos são belos, notáveis, perfumados, e muitíssimo saborosos. preços justos (raro no brasil de hj). ALGUMAS poucas ressalvas (oportunidades de melhoria e + atenção): estive na loja semana passada, e vi: extintor obstruído / pendentes luminosos com sujidades / e muita poeira acumulada no ventilador / no teto, 1 lâmpada queimada e outra a caminho (trepidante a piscar). recomendo a casa dos bolos caseiros com ALEGRIA e estupefação ! dou-lhe 5 estrelas menos 1.
SERVICE stupendus / cordial, spontaneous, truthful (very rare in Votorantim and Sorocaba). parking with 3 comfortable spaces. great arrangement of cakes. variety and good taste. the cakes are beautiful, remarkable, fragrant, and extremely tasty. fair prices (rare in Brazil from hj). SOME few caveats (opportunities for improvement and + attention): I was at the store last week, and saw: blocked fire extinguisher / dirty light pendants / and a lot of dust accumulated on the fan / on the ceiling, 1 burnt out and another on the way (shivering flashing ). I recommend the house of homemade cakes with JOY and amazement! I give it 5 stars minus 1.
