★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os bolos são bons e até baratos, mas em termos de encomenda, isso deixa muito a desejar. Fiz uma encomenda para pegar no dia seguinte e ao chegar, me deparo com a falta dela e o atendente me informando que houve confusão e não fizeram. Saí sem a minha encomenda e sem uma solução para o meu pedido.
Se for para comprar o que já está pronto, pode ir sem problemas, mas se for para encomendar algo, reforça o pedido para que eles não errem.
The cakes are good and even cheap, but in terms of ordering, this leaves a lot to be desired. I placed an order to pick up the next day and when I arrive, I find it missing and the attendant informing me that there was confusion and they did not. I left without my order and without a solution to my order.
If it is to buy what is ready, it can go smoothly, but if it is to order something, reinforces the order so that they do not err.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um achado para quem quer fugir do Vó Alzira e ainda assim pagar barato! O lugar é bom "escondido", mas quem conhece não deixa de comprar lá. Bolos muito baratos e SUPER gostosos!! Pedi um de nozes, chocolate e bem casado, gente, que massa leve! Perfeito para um café da manhã ou um lanchinho de tarde. A atendente foi MEGA simpática e tinha uma risada muito fofa. Nota dez.
A find for those who want to escape Grandma Alzira and still pay cheap! The place is good "hidden", but who knows does not stop shopping there. Very cheap and SUPER delicious cakes !! I ordered one of nuts, chocolate and happily married, guys, what a light pastry! Perfect for breakfast or an afternoon snack. The attendant was friendly MEGA and had a very cute laugh. Grade A.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi por entrega porque não podia sair de casa. Isso faz duas horas, sendo que moro há 15 minutos da loja. Liguei 3 vezes e em todas a única informavão que a funcionária da loja tinha era a de que haviam outras entregas pra serem feitas. Não peço mais

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após 2 hrs de espera faltou um bolo ( que foi cobrado no momento), ligamos pra cobrar e a atendente riu falando que tinha esquecido. Passou uma hora e nada... Ligamos novamente e ela disse que estava saindo. Após mais uma hora chegou e o entregador DEIXOU NA PORTARIA invés de subir. Extremamente insatisfeita!
After 2 hours of waiting there was a cake (which was charged at the time), we called to collect it and the attendant laughed saying that she had forgotten. An hour passed and nothing... We called again and she said she was leaving. After another hour, he arrived and the delivery man LEFT IT AT THE DOOR instead of going upstairs. Extremely dissatisfied!

Nunca tinha ido de manhã por isso levei um baque rsrs o atendimento não é bom. Reiterando deveria colocar outra igual a da tarde pela manhã porque de manhã a vontade que me deu foi comprar em outro lugar
I love the Cakes!!! The service in the morning leaves much to be desired does not have the slightest sympathy now the service in the afternoon is note 10 is another person. I had never gone in the morning so I took a hit lol the service is not good. Again, I should put another one like the one in the afternoon in the morning because in the morning I wanted to buy somewhere else
