★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Já não é a primeira vez que eu tenho problema com esse estabelecimento. Sempre fui cliente da casa do bolo, mas essa loja franquiada do Flamboyant tem deixado muito a desejar, principalmente no atendimento e na qualidade do bolo...
O último bolo que comprei na loja veio ruim e ela tinha garantido que tinha sido feito no dia, o bolo estava ruim, a cenoura velha o bolo não era do dia e isto estava nítido o bolo já não tinha mais aquela cor saldavel de um bolo fresco, ele estava amarronzado já. E logo em seguida liguei para que eles pudesse me ajudar, e atendente me deu o crédito de que na próxima compra o bolo sairia de graça... Então hoje fui ligar para fazer o pedido e ela disse que não iria me dar o crédito. Nunca mais peço nesse estabelecimento, completamente chateada com a falta de respeito com os clientes fiéis.
Terrible! This is not the first time I have had a problem with this establishment. I have always been a customer at Casa do Bolo, but this Flamboyant franchised store has left a lot to be desired, especially in terms of service and quality of the cake...
The last cake I bought at the store came bad and she had guaranteed that it had been made that day, the cake was bad, the old carrot, the cake was not of the day and it was clear the cake no longer had that healthy color of a cake fresh, it was browned already. And right after that I called so they could help me, and the attendant gave me credit that in the next purchase the cake would be free... So today I called to place the order and she said she wouldn't give me the credit. I never order again at this establishment, completely upset by the lack of respect for loyal customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem compramos uma cuca de chocolate e é simplesmente HORRÍVEL. Já tinha tido uma experiência anterior ruim com o bolo de maçã que veio cru. Nunca mais! O barato sai caro! O concorrente da frente é um milhão de vezes melhor.
Yesterday we bought a chocolate head and it's just HORRIBLE. I had had a bad experience before with apple cake that came raw. Never! Cheap is expensive! The competitor in front is a million times better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui muito bem atendida e, escolho sempre os bolos " chefes " da casa...confesso que os demais sabores são " sem graça " e, a qualidade acompanha o valor mais acessível! De mais a mais, é uma opção mais em conta para o dia de aperto : confraternizações e visita inesperada!
I have always been very well attended and, I always choose the "chefs" cakes of the house... I confess that the other flavors are "bland" and, the quality follows the most accessible value! Furthermore, it is a more affordable option for a busy day: get-togethers and an unexpected visit!
