★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoje até a loja estacionei e antes mesmo que eu pudesse falar algo, a atendente que no momento estava passando pano no chão, falou : não tem bolo não!
Virei as costas e fui embora, a mesma estava com tanta má vontade que ela é capaz de espantar todo e qualquer cliente que chega nessa loja.
Mal atendimento nos estabelecimentos de Itupeva já é algo comum, já até me acostumei, mas ser distratada numa loja de REDE, onde os funcionários precisam de treinamento para atender bem, é inadimissivel.
Não sei o nome da atendente, não sei se ela era a própria dona, o que eu sei é que não volto nunca mais e digo á todos que conheço que faça o mesmo, vou na loja de Jundiaí que lá sou bem atendida.

Poor service in the establishments of Itupeva is already something common, I even got used to it, but being canceled in a NETWORK store, where employees need training to serve well, is unavoidable.
I do not know the name of the attendant, I do not know if she was the owner herself, what I do know is that I will never come back and I tell everyone I know to do the same, I go to the Jundiaí store that I am well served there.
