★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diferencial era que abria as 7h com 2 sabores de bolos pelo menos quentinhos e fresquinhos ... hoje liguei, o número de telefone mudou mas não alteraram o site ... cheguei as 8h e só tinha bolos de ontem à tarde ... atendente informou que não tem mais bolos saindo pela manhã ... era a única casa da região com esse diferencial ... que pena!
Differential was that it opened at 7 am with 2 flavors of cakes at least warm and fresh ... today I called, the phone number changed but the site did not change ... I arrived at 8 am and only had cakes from yesterday afternoon ... attendant informed that there are no more cakes coming out in the morning ... it was the only house in the region with this differential ... what a pity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim, vi algumas reclamações aqui e achei q era exagero, primeiro recepcionar o cliente com um boa tarde é o mínimo, cumprimentei e a funcionária nem respondeu! Pedi um bolo de banana antes ele era mais crocante e a massa diferente! Não sei se mudaram a receita.
Bad service, I saw some complaints here and I thought it was an exaggeration, first welcoming the customer with a good afternoon is the minimum, I greeted and the employee didn't even respond! I ordered a banana cake before it was more crispy and the dough was different! I don't know if they changed the recipe.

Cheguei e não tinha ngm no balcão , esperei um tempo e nada de ngm aparecer , vi que tinha uma moça dentro da porta inclinada no balcão , chamei , ela nem se mexeu, achei que não tinha escutado . Chamei de novo e a moça virou brava pra mim e falou bem grossa com cara de brava : você espera um pouco por favor ???? Isso que só chamei duas vezes , depois disso ainda esperei um tempo até ela vir . Só comprei pq estava com mta vontade de bolo, senão já teria virado as costas e ido embora . Precisam melhorar no atendimento , treinar essa ‘moça ‘ ou treinar uma nova…
Terrible service!
I arrived and there was no one at the counter, I waited a while and no one appeared, I saw that there was a girl inside the door leaning on the counter, I called, she didn't even move, I thought she hadn't heard. I called again and the girl turned mad at me and spoke very thickly with an angry face: will you wait a little please ???? That's why I only called twice, after that I still waited a while for her to come. I only bought it because I was in the mood for cake, otherwise I would have turned my back and left. They need to improve the service, train this 'girl' or train a new one...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Casa é ótima! Sou cliente desde a última gestão. É bem localizado, tem diversas opções de tamanhos e sabores, o atendimento é muito bom e realizam entrega. Ainda é possível encomendar.. hoje mesmo procurei um baby de banana e havia acabado. Prontamente anotaram o meu pedido e irei buscar amanhã. Super recomendo!! Preços justos!!
The House is great! I have been a customer since the last administration. It is well located, has different sizes and flavors, the service is very good and they deliver. It is still possible to order... today I looked for a banana baby and it was gone. They promptly took my order and I'll pick it up tomorrow. Super recommend!! Fair prices!!
