Sei lá por ser um açougue que trabalha exclusivamente com carnes e afins na teoria as carnes seria mais fresca e com procedência, mas na prática não é bem assim. Vender produtos estragados não dá né...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro desde quando abriu esse açougue. No início a qualidade e atendimento eram indiscutíveis, hoje infelizmente já não posso mais fazer essa consideração. Antigamente os atendentes eram mais atenciosos, hoje vejo que só querem vender, talvez cumprir meta.
Há uns 2 meses percebi que tudo mudou. A carne moída que era "magra" hoje já vem com muita gordura, não compensa comprar.
Você pede sassami ou filé de frango, eles colocam junto pedaço de peito de frango. Um descaso, porque se a gente faz o pedido da carne cortada ela já deveria vir como anunciado.
E quarta-feira (04/08/21) foi a pior experiência que tive. Comprei 2 kgs. de copa lombo suína, e quando fui preparar a CARNE estava com CHEIRO e GOSTO de CLORO. Um absurdo!!!
Vocês são responsáveis pela alimentação de crianças, idosos e da população em geral. Deveriam levar isso a sério!
I've been buying since when this butcher shop opened. In the beginning the quality and service were indisputable, today unfortunately I can no longer make that consideration. In the past, the attendants were more attentive, now I see that they just want to sell, maybe fulfill their goal.
About 2 months ago I realized that everything has changed. Ground beef that was "lean" today comes with a lot of fat, it's not worth buying.
You order sassami or chicken fillet, they put a piece of chicken breast together. A disdain, because if we order the cut meat, it should come as advertised.
And Wednesday (08/04/21) was the worst experience I've ever had. I bought 2 kgs. of pork loin cup, and when I went to prepare the MEAT it had a SMELL and TASTE of CHLORINE. Nonsense!!!
You are responsible for feeding children, the elderly and the general population. You should take this seriously!

Great excellent without a doubt the best meat house in the whole region, price, quality. The mentality of the successful entrepreneur, selling cheap to have turnover and with that the quality of the product is always fresh and of good origin.

Compramos 2kg de Contra Filé, ao retirarmos da embalagem notava-se de longe o mal cheiro da carne, completamente estragada e impossível de se consumir.
Eu nunca mais voltarei, mas, espero que os responsáveis pelo local se portem melhor sobre o assunto, pois esse tipo de situação além de ser CRIME pode acabar prejudicando a vida de alguém!

We bought 2kg of Contra Filé, when we took it out of the packaging, the bad smell of the meat was noticed from afar, completely spoiled and impossible to consume.
I will never go back, but I hope that those responsible for the place behave better on the subject, because this type of situation, besides being CRIME, can end up harming someone's life!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes atenciosos, mas o que me deixou horrorizada foi a quantidade de moscas! Nesses locais normalmente se borrifa um veneno chamado Bicudo pra diminuir os insetos, mas neste local parece que ninguém se incomoda. Provavelmente, alguém já deva ter levado mosca triturada com a carne moída... Af!!!!
Attentive attendants, but what horrified me was the amount of flies! In these places, a poison called Bicudo is usually sprayed to reduce the insects, but in this place nobody seems to be bothered. Probably, someone must have already taken a crushed fly with the ground meat... Af!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom, já comprei lá por algumas vezes, é complicado esse ramo de açougue, pois não tem padrão de profissional, um dia você da a sorte de pegar um açougueiro top, no outro já não. Comprei na primeira vez costela de boi, veio top, já nas duas vezes seguintes não veio legal não. Os preços apesar de tudo que está acontecendo no Brasil ainda são bons, mas ainda deixam algumas coisas a desejar, agora tenho receio em comprar a costela de boi, como não sou açougueiro não entendo muito na hora de escolher. Uma sugestão ao proprietário é que tente manter um padrão nos produtos e profissionais.
Good service, I've bought there a few times, this butcher's branch is complicated, because it doesn't have a professional standard, one day you're lucky enough to get a top butcher, the next it's not. The first time I bought beef ribs, it came top, but the next two times it didn't come right. The prices despite everything that is happening in Brazil are still good, but they still leave some things to be desired, now I'm afraid to buy beef ribs, as I'm not a butcher, I don't understand much when it comes to choosing. A suggestion to the owner is to try to maintain a standard in the products and professionals.

Fui comprar uma carne e não tinha a que eu queria, o moço me indicou o pernil tender aí não queria pois já tinha comido e não gostei, sugeri trocar pelo frango e ele disse não não poderia pois não tinha como me voltar o troco e eu acabei levando o pernil… chegando em casa tava estragado fedendo a carniça. Entrei em contato com o açougue e o mesmo disse não poder fazer nada pois não tinha como eu levar a peça pós eu já tinha jogado no lixo… enfim perdi 30 reais, não sou mesquinha mais não acho certo isso pois eu trabalho e meu dinheiro não é achado no lixo. Ficamos sem comer carne no dia pois era a única que tinha. Muito chato isso, já recomendei pra muita gente e hoje não recomendo mais e ainda NÃO INDICO MAIS.
PERDERAM UMA CLIENTE FIEL.

I went to buy a meat and I didn't have the one I wanted, the guy told me the ham tenderloin, I didn't want it because I had already eaten it and I didn't like it, I suggested changing it for the chicken and he said he couldn't because there was no way to get the change back and I I ended up taking the ham… when I got home it was spoiled and smelled of carrion. I contacted the butcher and he said he couldn't do anything because there was no way for me to take the piece after I had already thrown it in the trash... anyway I lost 30 reais, I'm not stingy but I don't think that's right because I work and my money doesn't is found in the garbage. We didn't eat meat that day because it was the only one we had. This is very annoying, I have already recommended it to a lot of people and today I don't recommend it anymore and I still don't recommend it anymore.
