★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualidade dos produtos incrível, mas infelizmente ligamos as 8:45 para encomendar um frango recheado, e não tinha nossa encomenda na retirada, ficamos chateado pois fizemos muita propaganda para nossos amigos, mas isso pode acontecer em qualquer lugar! Ainda assim foram bem atenciosos.
Incredible product quality, but unfortunately we called at 8:45 am to order a stuffed chicken, and we didn't have our order at the pick-up, we were upset because we did a lot of advertising for our friends, but it can happen anywhere! Still, they were very attentive.

Também o atendimento do Leonardo Silva, fantástico e com muitas dicas sobre referências de carnes para churrasco e cozinha. Muito bom! Todos são assim no local. Tem estacionamento à frente, climatizado, com acesso para cadeirantes. E também da Ana Carolina, que nos atende tão bem no caixa. Parabéns!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizeram promoção de contra filé mas a carne estava extremamente dura e com gosto de carne velha. Me senti enganada pois paguei 52$ em um Kilo de coxão duro.... Desrespeito!!!
They promoted against filet but the meat was extremely tough and tasted like old meat. I felt cheated because I paid 52$ on a hard limp Kilo.... Disrespect!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carnes de primeira. Muito limpo. Fácil estacionar, menos de sábado que tem feira na frente. Ideal é comprar nos dias de promoção. Acredito que seja de quarta-feira. Os preços são melhores. Final de semana os valores são normais. Equipe de atendimento muito competente.
Prime meats. Very clean. Easy to park, except on Saturday that has a market in front. Ideal is to buy on promotion days. I believe it is from Wednesday. Prices are better. Weekend values are normal. Very competent service team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colocaram contra filé na promoção, porém de contra filé nao tinha nada. Carne dura, horrível e sem gosto nenhum. Qualquer leigo no assunto iria ver que não se tratava de contra file! Me senti enganada! Nunca mais volto.
They put against filet in the promotion, but against filet there was nothing. Tough meat, horrible and tasteless. Any layman on the subject would see that this was not a counter file! I felt cheated! I never come back.

Hoje ao ir nesse açougue peguei uma senha, chamaram a senha e o rapaz simplesmente atendeu outra pessoa, e quando mostrei a senha mandou eu esperar pois achou que era o outro, pra que senha, se não é para seguir? Já estava esperando a minha vez, o cara atendeu um cliente que tinha acabado de entrar, e mandou eu esperar, virei sai, vim na concorrência, que por sinal me atendeu muito bem! Ou o funcionário está insatisfeito, ou então não gosta dos patrões pra fazer algo assim. Lamentável
