Ou o contra estava vencido ou era um outro tipo de carne, porque só ficou comestível depois de colocar na panela de pressão com cerveja, e ainda ficou um pouco duro. Além do preço ser mais alto que alguns da região, nunca vi um contra-filé ficar tão duro. ?
