★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço de whatsapp péssimo. Da primeiraa vez q encomendei p entrega em domicílio uma das carnes veio quantidades inferior a pedida, na segunda o pedido simplesmente não foi entregue. Cobrei, me pediram desculpas, dizendo q a entrega seria no dia seguinte cedo. Novamente não recebi. Me responderam a noite pedindo desculpas novamente dizendo que "de sábado é tumultuado". Se não podem oferecer esse serviço por whatsapp então não o façam. E o preço não é mais barato do que outros açougues muito bons da cidade.
Lousy whatsapp service. The first time I ordered home delivery one of the meats came in less than requested, the second the order was simply not delivered. I charged, they apologized, saying that the delivery would be the next day early. Again I did not receive. They replied to me at night apologizing again saying that "Saturday is in turmoil". If you can't offer this service via whatsapp then don't do it. And the price is not cheaper than other very good butchers in town.
