Exemplo: corte da alcatra,
Comprei 3 kg de alcatra para grelha o acougueiro retirou a picanha na minha frente, perguntei pq estava fazendo isso. Falou que com picanha evmais cara.....mas, o preço era alcatra com picanha. Peguei paguei e sai frustrado

Comprei uma carne de Sal de montanha e perguntei se poderiam separar uma parte da peça (pagando) pois eu não sabia o corte...
Com uma má vontade disse que não devido a vigilância sanitária... SENDO QUE TODOS DENTRO ESTAVAM SEM MASCARA até eu chegar.
Fui num outro próximo fizeram com muita boa vontade.

I buy (buy) meat almost every weekend at Karina's meat shop.
I bought a mountain salt meat and asked if they could separate a part of the piece (paying) because I didn't know the cut...
I grudgingly said that it wasn't due to health surveillance... BEING EVERYONE INSIDE WERE UNMASKED until I arrived.
I went to another close one, they did it very willingly.
