★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 2kg de contra filé e a carne estava dura! Cheio de gordura! Nem assado e nem frito deu pra comer. Tivemos que fazer cozido.... O pernil tinha mais gordura que tudo. O açougueiro é gente boa na labia, mas pra limpar a carne e escolher uma carne boa é um lixo!
I bought 2kg of fillet and the meat was tough! Full of fat! Neither roasted nor fried was it to eat. We had to cook it .... The ham had more fat than anything. The butcher is a good guy, but to clean the meat and choose a good meat is rubbish!
