Cheguei e pedi 1,5kg de carne moída de primeira, que na tabela de preços da parede estava com o valor de 36 reais por quilo. Quando o rapaz pesou e me entregou percebi que o preço estava marcando como coxão mole e 45 reais o quilo. Perguntei tranquilamente: "- Não teria aquela do painel de 36?" E ele me respondeu muito grosseiramente: "-Porque você não falou antes?". E continuou reclamando e resmungando enquanto moía a carne.
Ora, eu pedi desde o início a carne moída de 1a então obviamente queria a carne e o preço que estava no painel de preços.
Pareceu má fé do atendente em querer empurrar uma carne mais cara e quando eu percebi ficou irritado comigo.
Ressalto novamente que sou cliente do açougue a mais de 15 anos e fiquei extremamente decepcionado com o atendimento de hoje.
Espero que não seja uma nova política essa de empurrar uma carne mais cara do que a que pedimos no balcão. Fiquem de olho.
I've been a customer for over 15 years and I've never had anything to complain about until today. I arrived and ordered 1.5kg of first-class ground beef, which on the price list on the wall was priced at 36 reais per kilo. When the guy weighed it and handed it to me I noticed that the price was marked as soft coxão and 45 reais a kilo. I asked calmly: "- Wouldn't it have the 36 panel?" And he answered me very rudely: "-Why didn't you speak before?". And he kept complaining and grumbling as he ground the meat.
Now I ordered the 1st ground beef from the beginning so obviously I wanted the beef and the price that was on the price panel.
It sounded like bad faith on the part of the attendant in wanting to push a more expensive meat and when I realized it he got annoyed with me.
I emphasize again that I have been a butcher's customer for over 15 years and I was extremely disappointed with today's service.
I hope it's not a new policy of pushing more expensive meat than we order at the counter. Keep an eye out.
