★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu faço compras neste açougue há mais de 5 anos... é inegável a qualidade da carne e produtos em geral, no entanto, o atendimento sempre é péssimo, o que infelizmente me fez hoje desistir de comprar mais carnes e sinceramente repensar se realmente preciso desse tipo de tratamento, quando considerando o tempo que compro lá, já gastei mais de 25mil reais...
Todas as vezes que chego, sempre ouço piadinhas dos atendentes do balcão, que devem achar que eu não percebo, porque estão falando entre eles... Ouvi hoje “só por Deus hoje” e essa é uma de algumas que já percebi.
Talvez porque eu compro bastante, talvez porque eu peça cortes de carnes, ou talvez, porque esses atendentes não gostem mesmo de trabalhar com o público... enfim... não preciso disso, principalmente porque não estou pendindo nada de graça, pelo contrário, eu sempre paguei... talvez eu deixar de comprar lá, não faça diferença nenhuma para o dono do estabelecimento, até porque se os clientes realmente fossem importantes, o proprietário já teria tomado alguma atitude e melhorado essa situação, por fim, gastarei meu dinheiro em outro lugar...
I've been shopping at this butcher shop for over 5 years... the quality of meat and products in general is undeniable, however, the service is always terrible, which unfortunately made me give up buying more meat today and sincerely rethink if I really need of this type of treatment, when considering the time I buy there, I have already spent more than 25 thousand reais...
Every time I arrive, I always hear little jokes from the clerks at the counter, who must think I don't understand, because they're talking to each other... I heard today “just for God today” and this is one of a few I've noticed.
Maybe because I buy a lot, maybe because I order cuts of meat, or maybe because these attendants don't really like working with the public... anyway... I don't need that, mainly because I'm not giving anything away for free, on the contrary , I've always paid... maybe I stop buying there, it doesn't make any difference to the owner of the establishment, because if the customers were really important, the owner would have already taken some action and improved this situation, finally, I'll spend my money elsewhere...
