Nem uma desculpa foi pedida... Atendimento péssimo!!
Deixei 1,5kg encomendado, quando vou buscar a embalagem tem mais de 1,9kg.
Ao pedir para corrigir a quantidade as 2 balconistas fizeram cara de desdenho pra mim. Havia 4 pessoas atrás do balcão, manipulando carne, absolutamente ninguém na fila, precisei esperar alguma das 4 pessoas aceitarem fazer a retirada da quantidade extra, fui outra vez fuminado com o olhar por uma deles, outro falava ao celular em uma vídeo chamada no mesmo balcao em que cortava carne, com a máscara no pescoço sem cobrir o rosto.
Já é caro, não compro nunca mais.
Disrespect!

I left 1.5kg ordered, when I go to get the packaging it has more than 1.9kg.
When asking to correct the amount, the 2 clerks looked disdainful to me. There were 4 people behind the counter, handling meat, absolutely no one in the queue, I had to wait for some of the 4 people to accept the withdrawal of the extra quantity, I was again stared at by one of them, another was talking on the cell phone in a video call at the same counter where he cut meat, with the mask on his neck without covering his face.
It's already expensive, I never buy again.
