Salas e auditórios com goteiras, cadeiras mofando... triste de se ver! Contudo, apesar da pouca atenção, o lugar ofecere espaço para ensaios, aulas e atividades de cunho cultural.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local está aberto a visitações, porém fui informado que as pessoas não vão muito ao local por causa da feira que acontece próximo. As esculturas e pinturas são lindas. Existem vários espaços, como Teatro, sala de oficinas, dentre outras. Vale muito a pena conhecer.
